It has rained constantly for the last few weeks… where has the sun gone??
I have been sitting inside watching the rain come down reminiscing of the gorgeous April we had last year and feeling sorry for all of the poor brides who rushed to book their April weddings in 2011 **feeling sure to have a glorious sunny wedding in 2012! Well it’s not all bad… the rain has inspired me to inspire you :)
The world has turned grey but lets not get down about it, there is a way to make rain on your wedding day a positive thing! If it’s going to rain there is pretty much nothing you can do about it so the best thing you can do is to be prepared and have fun with it (positive thinking is the way forward).
In case you are not sure where I am going with this *and haven’t read the title of this post* I am talking about Umbrella’s! Not only do they keep you dry (hair and makeup remains intact!) but Umbrellas look fantastic in photographs. You can use them to add a pop of colour, as cool decorations or as even part of your wedding theme. For a really stylised look you can buy stunning parasols or paper umbrellas, and if you’re worried about being stuck with a bucket full of umbrella’s fear no more… why not use them as your favours?! Alternatively you can hire umbrellas from an umbrella specialist such as Brolly Bucket.
