Viva Las Vegas…

Continuing on my American road trip, I stopped in Las Vegas, Nevada for a short (but oh so sweet) visit.

You could easily spend a week in this famous oasis just looking round the glorious hotels, let alone shopping, seeing one of the hundreds of magnificent shows and {of course} a bit of gambling!

I’d always thought of  Vegas, as nothing more than casinos and partying. Whilst these features are definitely present I was pleasantly surprised to find that each hotel had amazing pools, shops and restaurants-  making Vegas a great holiday destination for all ages.

I only had 1 full day to explore “The Strip” and managed to make my way (quickly) round the world famous sites such as the fountains at The Bellagio, Caesars Palace and the gondola ride in The Venetian *all are must sees if you get to go to Vegas*

I also made time for some more child-like fun at M&M and Coca-Cola world!

And of course, it wouldn’t be Vegas without witnessing a wedding *or two* at the Big White Chapel. I even toyed with the idea myself……

Just kidding (This photo is for show only, sorry!)

Whilst getting hitched in Vegas may not be everyone’s cup of tea it’s a great place to visit with its constant hot weather (a sizzling 100 degrees at the moment, and that’s in autumn!) and endless entertainment.

Bright Lights, Big Giant Casinos and a whole lot of fun… There really isn’t anywhere in the world quite like it.

 *VIVA LAS VEGAS!*
