  • So to kick start the new year, myself and Joao (my H2B) took part in the Green Smoothie Challenge. One week with a different Green Smoothie every day. It’s a great way to get your new year’s resolution of being healthy started and makes a very nutritional breakfast. To keep the boredom away… we tried out a few recipes.
